Prime Video, is an American subscription video on-demand over-the-top streaming and rental service of Amazon offered as a standalone service or as part of Amazon's Prime subscription.

Challenge

The objective was to elevate brand awareness and sales for RING during Pride month, targeting an audience keen on home improvement, technology, and those previously interested in home security products.

Solution

We harnessed Amazon DSP's comprehensive consumer insights to specifically target:

  • Users engaged with home security products on Amazon.

  • Shoppers in related categories like home improvement or tech gadgets.

  • Lookalike audiences mirroring existing Ring customers.

  • Ads were strategically placed across Amazon's platforms and its network sites, complemented by retargeting strategies for visitors of the Ring product page who hadn't made a purchase.

  • Ads, themed to resonate with LGBTQ month, were adeptly placed across Amazon's ecosystem and affiliate sites.

Results

The campaign significantly outperformed expectations, achieving a +97% increase in brand awareness/lift, a +57% rise in new-to-brand customers, and a +27% enhancement in ROAS, a +35% boost in CTR.
